This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.

Currently, Minnesota employers can utilize non-compete agreements.

Either party can terminate the agreement with minimal notice.

Local or company agreements do not meet this criterion.

All orders must be placed within the outlined schedules within this agreement.
